What is "Work To Live To Work"?

Mumbaikars have now learnt to live with Mumbai’s woefully inadequate transit infrastructure. So much so that even the dark, gruesome fact that 9 Mumbaikars die every day garners nothing more than apathetic shrugs. But Mumbaikars and your employees deserve better.

If not from their government, at least from their employers.

Work To Live To Work is an initiative to open up the rigid working hours in Mumbai.

The biggest reason for rush-hour chaos is that almost all organisations have similar workday start and finish times.

Naturally, this leads to massive concentration of people on Mumbai’s transit system at the same exact time. Every single day.

The infrastructure cannot improve itself overnight.

But with flexi-timings and enough organisations participating, the rush-hour intensity can potentially disappear overnight. Especially with no fear of late marks and salary cuts.

It really is that easy to save the lives of your employees.
